Getting started
Who is Kram for?
For people selling independently on OLX, Shafa, Instagram, Prom or other platforms who want products, sales and expenses in one place. Each account has its own records. Team collaboration with roles is not available yet.
Can I try it without registering?
Yes. Open demo creates a separate Kram demo with sample products, sales and expenses. You can explore forms and reports. Your own account starts without records after registration; demo data is not transferred.
How much does it cost?
Start is free: up to 3 active products and 2 new sales per month. Plus costs $2.49 per month, with no plan limits on products or sales, advanced analytics and CSV exports. The first 14 days are free. The trial requires a card through Creem; afterwards the subscription renews automatically. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
How are free plan limits counted?
Start allows up to 3 unarchived products and 2 new sale records per calendar month in Kyiv time. The monthly limit uses the record creation time, not its sale date. Cancelled and returned sales also count. Archived products do not count towards the active catalogue limit. Check all limits in account settings.
Record keeping
How do I record a buyer’s prepayment?
Open Prepayment in the sale form and enter the amount received and its date. Keep the status New until the full payment arrives: the stock is already reserved. The advance reduces the balance due and is not added to revenue again. After final settlement, tick Final payment received; you can keep the shipping status. Paid and Completed also indicate full settlement. If you refund the advance, enter the total refunded separately: cancelling the sale does not automatically refund money. Amounts use the order currency and exchange rate; there is no separate payment ledger.
Does Kram import orders from OLX or Shafa automatically?
No. In this version you add products, sales and expenses manually. Kram does not receive your marketplace password, publish listings or change them. Save listing links in the product card.
How does Kram calculate profit?
Profit before tax equals completed sales revenue minus their cost of goods, recorded fees, shipping and packaging for all sales, and other expenses in the selected period. Enter only actual expenses. Do not duplicate product purchases in general expenses: cost of goods already accounts for them.
What happens to stock after a sale?
A new sale immediately reduces available stock. Changing its status to Paid, Shipped or Completed does not deduct it again. Cancellation or Returned status restores stock. Mark an item returned only when you physically receive it back.
How do returns affect reports?
Reports group records by sale date. Returns change past periods. In a completed sale, enter the units received back for each line. Their revenue and cost are excluded and stock is restored. Expenses remain: adjust reimbursed amounts manually. There is no cash-flow journal; issue actual refunds outside Kram.
Can I use multiple currencies or sell several products together?
Products, sales and expenses support UAH, USD and EUR with saved NBU rates. Reports use UAH. A sale holds up to 50 different products with individual quantities and prices. Buyer, currency, status, tracking and expenses are shared. It counts as one sale for plan limits. Each line retains its product cost snapshot. Saved order products cannot be replaced; quantities, prices and returns can be edited. FIFO is not supported.
Account and data
Who can see my products and sales?
Other users cannot access your account. The server verifies ownership when reading, changing or exporting records. Deployment administrators may access the database for maintenance. Read the privacy page for details.
How can I recover access if I forget my password?
After registration, Kram shows a one-time recovery code. Save it in a password manager. Choose recovery on the sign-in screen and enter your email, code and new password. You can also request a one-time link to your account email. The link lasts 30 minutes; changing your password ends previous sessions.
Can I export my records?
Plus includes CSV exports for products, sales and expenses. Each sale line has an order ID; shared expenses appear only in the first row. A JSON copy of your records is available on every plan, but does not replace a server backup. To import, open Products → Import catalogue, upload CSV UTF-8 and map name, quantity, cost and price. Review the preview. Import creates new products, not sales history, subject to plan limits.
Does Kram work on a phone?
Yes. The interface adapts to phone screens, so you can add a sale, check stock or record an expense in your browser. An internet connection and access to Kram's server are required; there is no offline mode.
