Your space. Your data.

How Kram handles data.

What the service stores, why it needs it and how you can manage records in this version.

The service is maintained by Kram project team. For privacy enquiries: support@krams.me.

01

Account data and your records

Kram stores your email, name, the name of your Kram and account creation date. Email is your login. Plus trial start and end dates are stored to manage plan access. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as protected hashes, not plain text.

We also store the products you enter, their prices and stock, listing links, sales, expenses, stock movements and notes. Customer and tracking number fields, if completed, become part of the sale record. Add only information needed for your records.

02

Why this information is needed

Data is used for sign-in, saving records, updating stock, calculating metrics and exporting. The server checks ownership when reading or changing records to keep other users out of your account.

This is not end-to-end encryption: server administrators may have technical access to the database and backups during maintenance.

03

Cookies and technical data

Kram uses an essential cookie to keep you signed in: kram_session. A regular session lasts up to 7 days and a demo session up to 24 hours; signing out ends the current session.

Google Analytics runs on public pages only after your consent and when a measurement ID is configured. The Google script is not loaded before consent. Use analytics settings to manage consent. Form contents, your records, email addresses, passwords and recovery codes are not sent to analytics. The server temporarily uses IP addresses to rate-limit sign-in, registration and recovery attempts. Other technical logs depend on server and hosting settings.

04

Marketplaces and third-party services

Kram does not connect to your OLX, Shafa or other marketplace accounts and does not receive their passwords. Listing links you add open third-party websites, which have their own data policies.

Resend sends email verification, account recovery and service messages. It receives the recipient address and message content. Creem processes payments and subscriptions and receives your email for checkout. Card details are entered and stored with Creem. Kram stores customer and subscription identifiers, status and access dates, but no card details.

05

Editing, export and storage

You can edit your profile and records, change your password and archive products. Product, sales and expense CSV exports are available on Plus and during its trial. Archiving a product does not delete it or its related records.

Download a JSON copy of your data in account settings on any plan. JSON and CSV exports are not a full backup for automatic account restoration.

Deleting an entire account is not yet available in the interface. To request deletion of your account and its data, email support@krams.me from your account email address. The team will verify ownership and explain the process. Do not send your password or recovery code. No automatic record deletion period is set.

06

Your access

Keep your password and recovery code private. Changing your password or using a recovery code revokes previous sessions. On shared devices, use the sign-out button when finished.
