What the service does
The service is maintained by Kram project team. Contact: support@krams.me. Kram helps you manually track products, sales and expenses in UAH, USD and EUR. Summary reports use UAH amounts converted at each record’s saved NBU rate. You add and check records yourself. Kram is not a marketplace, payment service or tax reporting tool and does not act on your behalf on other platforms.
Account and access
Create your account with an email and password. Each account is for one user; team roles and invitations are not available. Save the recovery code shown after registration. You can also recover access using a one-time email link.
Do not use someone else's credentials, attempt to access other accounts or disrupt the service. You must have appropriate grounds for entering any data, including customer details.
Record accuracy
Results depend on complete and accurate records. Revenue and cost of goods count for completed sales; recorded actual expenses also count for other statuses. General expenses appear in the overall report and are not automatically allocated to marketplaces.
Cancellation or return restores available stock. Partial returns support whole item units in a completed sale. Record a return after receiving the items; bank refunds are handled separately. Editing a past sale recalculates its original period. A payment ledger, purchase batches and FIFO are not supported.
Access and payment
The free Start plan includes up to 3 active products and 2 new sales per month, expense tracking, a basic overview and marketplaces. Plus costs $2.49 per month, billed through Creem, with no plan limits on products and sales, advanced analytics and CSV exports. See the plans page for a comparison.
The Plus trial lasts 14 days and requires a card through Creem. Afterwards, $2.49 is charged monthly unless you cancel. You can cancel in the Creem portal; the access end date is shown in Kram settings. When access ends, Start applies: your records remain and additions beyond its limits are paused. Applicable taxes and the final amount are displayed before payment confirmation.
Creem is the Merchant of Record for subscriptions and handles payment, applicable taxes and billing documents. Your Creem purchase is access to Kram software; items entered in your records are not sold through this checkout. Creem Buyer Terms.
To manage or cancel your subscription, open Settings → Go to Creem in your Kram account. Cancel your trial before its 14 days end to avoid the first charge. Your access end date follows the confirmed Creem status and is shown in settings.
Billing questions and refund requests
If you were charged in error or paid access does not work, email support@krams.me. Include your account email, payment date and payment reference from your Creem receipt, and describe the issue. Do not send card details, your password or recovery code.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund an amount already paid. Refund requests are reviewed individually under Creem terms and applicable law. Approved refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
The Kram demo is for exploration. Its sample data is not transferred to your own account. Do not use demo mode as the only place to keep business records.
Keeping your records
Download a JSON copy of your data from settings on any plan. Plus and its trial also offer separate CSV exports for products, sales and expenses. Save copies regularly. The service requires an internet connection and a working server; there is no offline mode.
Account and business data handling is described on the Privacy page. These rules describe the use of Kram. Creem displays the subscription purchase terms at checkout. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed; your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
