How do you avoid selling the same item twice?

Do not duplicate a product for each marketplace. Add OLX and Shafa links to the same record so two listings do not become two units in stock.
The buyer asks you to reserve it
Create a sale with New status to reserve the quantity. Record the buyer and any deposit separately. Do not mark it fully paid before the money arrives.
After shipping or cancellation
Save the tracking number and current status. Remove other listings manually. If the agreement falls through, cancel the sale in Kram and check which listings need restoring.

Do I need to connect my OLX account?
No. Add the product and agreement manually. You do not need to share your OLX credentials.
What if the buyer changes their mind?
Cancel the sale to release stock. If you received an advance, refund it separately and record the amount returned. Check whether the listings should be reactivated.

No OLX account connection is required. Entry is manual: Kram does not read messages, create shipments or disable listings.
