Track sales in Excel: a template and the next step
You have already done the work. No need to start from scratch.
Your Excel catalog represents work you have already done. Prepare the columns, save a CSV and review your items before bringing them into Kram. One clear step at a time.

Familiar columns. A new home for your records.

Before importing, check the table’s content and format. Match columns, check quantities and use one currency per file.
The XLSX template is for spreadsheet work. Import reads CSV, adds products and does not transfer sales history.
Replace examples with your records
Download the template without registration and open it in Excel. Replace the sample records before using it. Do not add different currencies together or confuse revenue with the result after costs.
Prepare the catalogue for import
Use one row per product with name, quantity, cost and price. Save that sheet as CSV UTF-8: the importer does not read XLSX itself. Use one currency per file.
Review before adding
Map the columns and review the rows in the preview. Import creates new products, so check before uploading the same catalogue again. Spreadsheet sales and expenses are not imported.
