One buyer, one order total
The shirt and sweatshirt ship together. Item prices stay separate; packaging belongs to the whole parcel.

Packaging costs $2 for the whole order. It is a seller expense, not a repeated charge for every item.

How do you track an order with several items?

Put the size in the name, such as “Linen shirt · M”. Keep measurements, condition and defects in notes. Give another size its own record and stock count.
Several items, one order
Add the buyer’s items to one sale and check each price and quantity. Enter the buyer, deposit and tracking number once to keep the order together.
Shared costs are counted once
Record packaging, seller-paid shipping and fees at order level. If one item comes back, update its returned quantity; the other items remain sold.

How do I distinguish different sizes?
Create separate products and include the size in each name. Kram does not have an automatic size variant grid.
What if only one item is returned?
Record the returned quantity for that line in the completed order. The other items remain sold. Review any reimbursed expenses separately.
Scope of this example
Sizes are stored as text; there is no variant grid. Each order uses one currency. Shafa data is not synchronised.
