You can record a Viber agreement the same way. The time is text in Notes, not a reminder or calendar event.

How do you keep a sale from getting lost in messages?
Agreed in a group. Remember who you reserved it for.Who is collecting the item
Record the buyer’s name or username. Add Telegram or Viber, the group name and a contact method in Notes. There is no need to copy the entire conversation.
A deposit is different from a promise
“I’ll pay tonight” is not a payment. If some money has arrived, open Prepayment and enter the actual amount. Mark full payment after receiving the balance.

Save the pickup or shipping arrangement. Kram does not send messenger reminders; your active sales list helps you review what still needs doing.

Do I need to add a Telegram or Viber bot?
No. There are no bots or group connections. You manually record confirmed details without giving Kram access to the chat.
How do I distinguish deals from the two messengers?
Select Other and put the messenger and group name in Notes. There are no separate Telegram or Viber filters yet; these sales share the Other channel.
