Track Facebook group sales: reservations and handovers
You found each other in a group. You will meet on Saturday.
Several people commented “I’ll take it” in your Facebook group. Save the confirmed agreement: who is coming, what for and when. Check the details in Kram before you meet.

When everything is at hand
How do you turn “I’ll take it” into a completed handover?
“I’ll take it” in the chat. Every agreement within reach. One confirmed agreement
Create a sale after agreeing on the item, price and buyer. Do not reserve the same item separately for every comment.
Where and when to hand over
Save the buyer’s name, then put the group, contact method and agreed time in Notes. Leave tracking blank for an in-person handover.
Payment after verification
Mark payment when you receive the money, and complete the sale after handover. Cancel the sale if the arrangement falls through to release stock.
