Track Vinted sales: price, costs and results
The jacket’s story continues. Your numbers stay in order.
Agreed on a discount on Vinted? Record your actual sale price. Keep it separate from the buyer’s costs and a later withdrawal, so one jacket does not turn into two sales.

A once-loved jacket. A newly agreed price.
Item price ≠ everything the buyer pays
Record your own sale. Buyer expenses and a later withdrawal should not create extra revenue.

When everything is at hand
How do you separate the item price from other payments?
Sold for $39. How much is left? The price after negotiation
If you agreed a discount, enter the final item price. For several items going to one buyer, create a sale with separate order lines.
Only your own costs
Do not count the buyer’s costs as your own. Enter your packaging and actual seller costs. Record general promotion separately in Expenses.
Currency and receipt of funds
Kram supports USD, EUR and UAH. Choose the actual record currency and mark payment after checking the funds available to you. Do not record a balance withdrawal as a second sale.
