Track Prom sales: orders, fees and results
The cups are packed. What is left for you?
Behind a Prom order total are item costs, fees and packaging. Bring them together in one Kram sale and see the result of your work, alongside the amount from the buyer.

Two cups. One box. A few costs worth keeping.
Revenue at the top. Result after expenses.
Two mugs in one Prom order. Break down the total so you do not mistake revenue for earnings.
The $4 fee is illustrative, not a Prom rate. Track subscription or general advertising payments as separate expenses.
Order items
Add products with their quantities and prices after discounts. Keep several items for one buyer in one sale, with a shared payment and shipment.
Actual expenses
Product records supply the item costs. Enter fees, packaging and seller-paid shipping in sale details. Track advertising or subscription costs shared across sales as separate expenses.
Payment and stock
A new sale reserves stock. Mark payment after checking it, and update the status as events happen. Cancellation releases the reservation; record a return after the items are actually back.
Questions and answers
Tracking details: Prom
Will Prom orders appear automatically?
No. Create the sale manually, choose the Prom channel and enter the relevant details. Keep the Prom order number in Notes.
Which fee should I enter?
Enter the actual fee for this order from your Prom records. Kram does not determine the marketplace rate. Edit the record if the final amount changes.
Where do I record a subscription or general advertising cost?
Record general costs under Expenses and costs of a specific parcel in its sale. Do not enter the same amount in both places, or the result will be understated.
Scope of this example
Orders are entered manually. Kram does not connect to your Prom account, receive Prom payment statuses or create shipping labels. Use the actual fee shown by Prom; this example does not describe marketplace pricing.
