Track monoбазар sales: from agreement to result
A new home for the lamp. A little more room for you.
Selling a personal item on monobazar frees a shelf and brings some money back. Record the price, packaging and original cost in Kram to see what this particular sale means for you.

You no longer need the lamp. Someone else does.
Money back from a personal item. Is it profit?
A lamp originally cost $80, sold on monoбазар for $60 and needed $2 of packaging. There are two ways to view the same sale.
Money recovered after packaging
$58.00Excluding the original cost
Result including the original cost
-$22.00Including the original $80 purchase
A zero item cost shows money recovered after current expenses. It does not mean the original purchase made a profit.
Use a consistent approach to purchase costs
For personal items, decide whether you include the original purchase. Avoid switching approaches between items without explaining it in Notes, or the results become hard to compare.
A payment does not create another item
Keep one item and one sale. Mark the payment in that record after checking it; do not create another sale for the same amount.
Questions and answers
Tracking details: monoбазар
Can Kram see payments in monobank?
No. Kram has no access to your bank or monoбазар. You check and enter the amount and payment status yourself.
How do I record a personal item sale?
Enter a known cost, or zero if you are tracking money recovered. With zero cost, the result does not measure profit on the original purchase.
