Track Kashalot sales: the lot, buyer and final price
The bidding is over. The lot’s story is kept.
For a Kashalot lot, the final agreed price matters. Keep the buyer, final amount and payment in Kram, from the end of bidding to the parcel you send.

The price changed. A buyer is agreed. Time to note it down.
The sale uses the final lot price
After bidding, the original product price may no longer match the agreement. Check the amount and buyer before recording it.
This illustrates bookkeeping after bidding. Cancel the sale if the lot is not purchased; otherwise record payment and shipping.
What is included in the lot
If a set is only sold together, enter one product and describe its contents in Notes. For separately tracked items, use several lines in one sale.
Final price, not the opening price
Enter the final agreed amount in the sale. If bidding changed the price, update the initial price taken from the product record.
From payment to dispatch
Add the buyer, actual costs and tracking. Mark payment after receiving it; cancel an unpaid abandoned sale to release the stock.
